The Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Act requires health insurers and group health plans, including self-funded employers, to provide cost-sharing data to consumers via Machine-readable files (MRF). Luminare partners with a reputable third-party transparency/concierge company, Healthcare Bluebook (HCBB), to create and host these files on their behalf.
