Nancy Woodman
Executive Director
Nancy Woodman joined Midland Memorial Foundation as the Executive Director in the summer of 2016. Previously, Nancy served as a consultant for the Bynum School Capital Campaign. Before establishing her philanthropic career, she was the National Sales Manager and Senior Vice President for Tanner Companies in North Carolina.
Nancy currently serves on the Board of the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Cindy Pando
Grant Manager
Cindy Pando is our newest addition to the team as our Grant Manager. Joining our team in December 2019, she brings 9 years of experience in photography and marketing. Cindy has a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and is a proud Midland native.
