If you need to schedule an exam or procedure, please call our scheduling department at 432.221.2300 and choose Option 1. You will need a signed order from your physician to schedule an exam or procedure.

Registration

Please register at the location where your imaging services are being performed.

What to Bring

When arriving for your procedure or exam, please remember to bring a photo ID, your current Medicaid or insurance card, and the required payment (unless your insurance deductible has been met).
