Kevin Crutchfield, PT, MPT

Kevin is the Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation Services. He graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in 2000 with his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. In 2008 he earned the American Physical Therapy Association’s specialist certification in orthopedics. Kevin and his wife have lived in the Permian Basin since the late 1990s and have 3 children.
