About Us

West Texas Orthopedics (WTO), founded in 2007, is comprised of fellowship trained orthopedic surgeons who provide the full spectrum of muscular skeletal care with a focus on clinically measured outcomes in a cost effective manner to Midland and its surrounding residents. WTO is located at the Legends Park Medical Office Building.

Additionally, WTO is pleased to announce the addition of two new Orthopedic Surgeons to our team: Dr. Jessie Dickens and Dr. Philip Guillen. WTO physicians and staff provide a comprehensive scope of orthopedic care that includes arthroscopic joint surgery, shoulder surgery, hand and upper extremity surgery, foot and ankle surgery, total joint replacement and sports medicine.
