Midland residents of all ages are encouraged to lace up their walking shoes and join Madhusmita Panda, MD, of Midland Health for the area’s first Walk with a Doc Texas event.

Regular physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your physical and mental health. Join Dr. Panda and other healthcare professionals for a walk at the Midland Memorial Hospital Walking Path! This doctor-led walking group is a safe and fun place to take a walk, learn about health, and meet new people. The events are FREE and open to everyone.
