The health and well-being of our patients is our primary concern, and we strive to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. We encourage you to request information, offer suggestions, and express concerns and satisfaction regarding any hospital staff or service.
An issue can be resolved most promptly by speaking with your nurse or another health care professional directly involved with your care. However, if you feel an issue is not being addressed appropriately or if you need additional assistance, please call the patient hotline and one of our patient experience coordinators will assist you. For non-emergency requests, please fill out a request form on our Patient/Visitor Service Request Portal.
