Dr. Bredimus has been employed with MMH since 2008. He earned his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Texas Tech University, his Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and his Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Bredimus presents on the national level through various podium presentations, podcasts, and publications. Dr. Bredimus was featured on the inaugural list of 20 under 40 by Midland Magazine. Nationally, Dr. Bredimus is a Modern Healthcare's Rising Star in Nursing Award winner and an AONL Pamela Austin Thompson Early Careerist Award winner. Dr. Bredimus is an active member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL), Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership (TONL), Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honors Society, Texas Nurses Association (TNA), American Nurses Association (ANA), and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Dr. Bredimus is a double Board-Certified Nurse Executive and holds additional board certifications in Nursing Leadership and Management as well as Emergency and Pediatric Emergency Nursing. He is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dr. McDonald has been employed with MMH since 2010. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Texas Tech University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Dr. McDonald is a certified Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse, a certified Progressive Care Knowledge Professional, and board certified as a Nurse Executive. She is a member of the Academy of Medical/Surgical Nurses, Texas Organization of Nurses Executives, Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.

Dr. Tully has been employed with MMH since January 2005. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Masters of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and Associates Degree in Nursing from Howard College. Dr. Tully possesses certifications in Professional Development and as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. She is also a Certified Executive of Nursing Practice. Dr. Tully is a member of the Texas Nurses Association and is the District 21 President. Other memberships include the Med/Surg Academy, the American Nurses Association, the Texas Organization of Nurse Leaders, and the American Organization of Nurse Leaders.

Jenny Delk-Fikes has been employed with MMH since 2000. She earned her post-graduate as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from San Angelo State University. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Phoenix. Jenny is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, board-certified as a Cardiovascular Registered Nurse, and is also board certified in Nursing Professional Development. She is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANPCB), and the Texas Organization for Nursing Leadership (TONL). Jenny is a member of the Advanced Nurse Practitioners of the Permian Basin (APNPB) where she also serves as the presiding President.

Dana is a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, a board-certified Cardiovascular nurse, a Certified Emergency Nurse, and a Certified Nurse Manager Leader. She is a member of the International Association of Forensic Nurses, the Emergency Nurses Association, and the Texas Organization of Nurse Leaders.
