environment for all patients, visitors, and staff. Therefore, forms
of aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. This behavior could
lead to a removal from the facility and/or criminal charges.
Examples of Aggressive Behavior are (but are not limited to):
- Causing physical injury to another person
- Making threats physical injury or harm
- Committing acts motivated by or related to sexual harassment or domestic violence
- Aggressive or hostile behavior that creates a reasonable fear of injury
- Discriminatory remarks
- Intentionally damaging property
- Aggressive displaying of a weapon
