How you begin and end your workout is just as important as the exercises themselves. Learn the proper and safe way to warm-up and cool down during exercise, as well as important benefits and how these can strengthen and enhance your personal workouts. This class will include a lecture, practice and discussion.
Wear movable clothing - no dresses or skirts. All props will be provided.
