Why Work harker when you can work smarter? Proper physical form during exercise can prevent injury, boost performance and conserve energy. Bring consistency to your workout while engaging the correct muscles, reducing overcompensation and creating space to breathe fully. The class will include a lecture, a practice, and discussion.
Wear movable clothing - no dresses or skirts. All props will be provided.
