Dr. Caglia was born and raised in West Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of San Diego. He then graduated medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas in 2010. During his second year of medical school, he was inducted into the medical honor society. Following medical school, Dr. Caglia completed his Internal Medicine internship at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland. He then went on to complete a one year clinical research fellowship in pediatric dermatology at the University of California, San Diego, as well as a one year clinical research fellowship in psoriasis at the University of Utah. Dr. Caglia completed his dermatology residency training at New York Medical College in New York City where he was Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Caglia has focused his specialty and interest in atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, skin cancer and cosmetic dermatologic procedures.
