Dr. Joseph Morgan completed three years of residency training at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, TX outside of Dallas, TX. After residency he worked in the Dallas area at Beltline Foot and Ankle for 1 year. Doctor Morgan relocated to Odessa Texas to open Permian Basin Foot and Ankle, where he has been practicing for over three years. He chose to relocate his family to Odessa to raise his children in a smaller community and his wife’s home town. Doctor Morgan treat a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions in the Permian Basin conservatively and surgically.
