Sixth Annual City-Wide Wellness Tour Goes Virtual

Join us for the sixth annual virtual Wellness Tour, starting today through September 26th.

 This jam-packed health and wellness week is produced in part by Midland Health, the City of Midland,Midland ISD and Keep Midland Beautiful. 

Here is a brief overview of events: 
  • Burn calories with a free virtual workout with the YMCA
  • Workout offerings for the whole family with FIT4MOM
  • Take a hike with Sibley Nature Center. Social Distancing measures will be enforced
  • Join Midland Healthy Minds for a free virtual screening of the IndieFlix Film "Like" 
  • Learn stress management practices with the Lifestyle Medicine Center
  • Join Keep Midland Beautiful for a fun and educational virtual event for the kids
  • Have some fun and burn some calories with the Midland County Libraries' virtual Babywearing Dance Party
  • Learn how to set your children up for a healthy life with the Lifestyle Medicine Center 
  • Join the Midland County Libraries for a virtual seminar on self-care activities and crafts
