Auxiliary Donates New Information Desk to MMH

Join us today, as Midland Memorial Hospital's Auxiliary will dedicate a new information desk in the main lobby with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Speakers will include Russell Meyers (MH president and CEO), Lu Ingram (Auxiliary president) and Ann Kleine (ways and means project chairman).

The total gift from the Auxiliary to the hospital is $277,000. This will be the largest project donation the Auxiliary has ever given to Midland Memorial Hospital to date. The total amount given by the Auxiliary in projects since 1950 is $4,138,125.
“It is our pleasure to donate the information desk to the hospital,” Lu Ingram, Auxiliary president, said. “It is a wonderful addition to the lobby. We just love being a part of the whole process.” Ann Kleine, ways and means projects chairman, said, “In 1950, we starting giving and have not stopped since then. Helping the hospital is our Auxiliary goal and my passion.”
In addition to the new information desk, the Auxiliary purchased $25,000 in audio visual equipment for the Chapel and 50 new wheelchairs, at a cost of $66,000.
