4th Annual City-wide Wellness Tour

Join us for the fourth annual Wellness Tour, taking place Tuesday, July 31st through Saturday, August 4th.

This cross-city health and wellness week is produced in part by Midland Health, the City of Midland, Midland College and MISD.

Here is a brief overview of events:

• Burn calories with free workouts at local gyms and studios
• Free health screenings, walk-through heart exhibit and education at Midland Memorial Hospital
• Back-to-school immunizations at the Midland Health Department
• Mom and Kiddos stroller walk at Grafa Park
• Wet 'n Wild kids event with Midland Fire Department at C.J. Kelly Park
• Family Relay Fun Run hosted by Midland ISD at Midland College
• Tour the new Midland YMCA Community Garden
• Mental Wellness Symposium at Midland College
• AVA Racquet Club Walk at Midland College
• Discounts and special menus at healthy restaurants including Fresh Fit Meals, Strawberry Fields Café and more
