Governor's Proclamation on May Elections

Midland County Hospital District is aware of Governor Abbott’s Proclamation, allowing local jurisdictions to postpone May elections, and we are in discussion with state officials to fully understand the options available to the district and their implications. Any decision regarding the May election can only be made by the Board of Directors in a special called meeting, which we expect to schedule sometime next week.  We will be happy to provide additional information as it becomes available.
