Community Health Needs Assessment Survey
It is vital to our health that we share all of our discomforts and concerns with our healthcare provider to find a diagnosis properly. The same concept applies to community resources and programs. Midland Health and other organizations can only support our community effectively if we communicate our needs. I encourage all residents of Midland to complete the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey by February 14!
Midland Health wants to see our community's wellness journey thrive. However, we cannot assist if we are unaware of the problems and challenges our community faces. That's where we need your help! Please join us in our vision to make Midland the healthiest community in Texas.
Take action on your health by prioritizing your wellness and collaborating with Midland Health by completing the CHNA survey. The survey is presented in English or Spanish and only takes about 15 minutes to complete. Let your voices be heard, and share your health needs to improve the quality of life in Midland.
Some initiatives developed from previous CHNA results include a tobacco session program, Food FARMacy, cancer prevention, mental health resources, including the new Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center, an Annual Wellness Tour, employee wellness, partnerships and collaboration with many organizations in the community, among many more.
The CHNA results not only help Midland Health prioritize initiatives and interventions for the community's benefit but also assist community partners and non-profit organizations. The data collected is public, which helps establish the priorities that other organizations focus on to enhance our community's well-being.
Complete the CHNA survey today to take part in your health resources, and don't forget to share it with your friends and family! To complete your survey scan the QR code or visit: www.prcsurvey.com/begin/Midland2025CHNA
