Virtual Annual Wellness Tour Includes Workouts
The sixth annual Wellness Tour is going virtual through Saturday at the Midland Memorial Hospital Facebook page.
Activities include:
--free virtual workout with the YMCA
--workouts for the whole family with FIT4MOM
--hike with Sibley Nature Center (Social distancing measures will be enforced.)
--free virtual screening of the IndieFlix film “Like”
--stress management practices offered by Lifestyle Medicine Center
--virtual seminar “Milk: It Does a Body Harm”
--Keep Midland Beautiful’s virtual event for kids
--Midland County Library’s virtual Babywearing Dance Party
