Sunburns
- Use sunscreen and reapply often when sweating, swimming, etc. Although many sunscreens claim to be waterproof, reapply frequently.
- Be sure to use an SPF 30 or higher with broad band UV protection.
- Cover up as much as possible and use clothing with UPF rating if staying outside for long periods of time.
- CDC does not recommend insect repellant/sunscreen combos. Simply use sunscreen first, then apply insect repellant.
